Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 July 2026

Provider: QuotesBridge ("QuotesBridge", "we", "us").
Contact: jairosales@me.com

These terms govern your use of this website, the QuotesBridge waitlist, and — once you're invited — the QuotesBridge service. By joining the waitlist or using the service you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to bind it.

1. What the service is (and isn't)

QuotesBridge monitors the HubSpot pipeline stage you configure and, when a deal enters it, creates a draft invoice in your connected Xero organisation with the deal's line items and the revenue accounts from your mapping table, plus a dashboard of syncs with a re-sync function.

To be explicit about the boundaries:

2. Early access and the waitlist

QuotesBridge is in early access. Joining the waitlist gives no guarantee of an invite or a timeline; we invite teams in small groups. During early access the service may change, break or be interrupted more than a mature product would — that's what early access means, and it's also why it's free (see section 5). You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing jairosales@me.com.

3. Your account

Your account is tied to your email address — it's how we identify you and how we reach you about the service. You must provide a working email address you control, and you're responsible for activity under your account. One person per account in v1 (no shared team logins).

4. Third-party services

QuotesBridge depends on the HubSpot and Xero APIs, which you connect via their official OAuth flows under their terms. We are not affiliated with HubSpot, Inc. or Xero Limited. If either platform changes, rate-limits or withdraws API access, parts or all of the service may stop working; we'll do what we reasonably can, but we can't promise their platforms' behaviour.

You can revoke QuotesBridge's access at any time from the connected-apps settings in HubSpot or Xero themselves, which stops the sync immediately.

5. Fees

Early access is free. We don't collect payment details during early access, and we will never start charging you silently: paid subscriptions (advertised at US$19/month or US$190/year for one Xero organisation with unlimited synced invoices) begin only when you actively subscribe, after we email you with the billing terms. If you don't subscribe, the service simply stops syncing — you owe nothing.

6. Acceptable use

Don't: use the service for unlawful invoicing or fraud; attempt to breach, probe or overload the service; resell or white-label it without our written agreement; reverse engineer it except where law permits; or connect HubSpot or Xero accounts you're not authorised to connect. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with notice where practicable.

7. Your data

Your deals, draft invoices, configuration and clients' details remain yours. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. On account deletion we delete your data per the retention schedule there. Draft invoices already created in your Xero organisation are unaffected by deletion of your QuotesBridge account — they live in Xero and belong to you.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability — there is no formal SLA, especially during early access. Sync is near-real-time but not instantaneous (typically within a couple of minutes). Support is by email at jairosales@me.com; we answer as fast as a very small team honestly can.

9. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. In particular, we do not warrant that every sync will succeed (the dashboard exists precisely to surface failures for your review) or that drafts require no review — they do, by design.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost revenue, lost data); and our total aggregate liability arising out of the service is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under applicable consumer protection law.

You remain solely responsible for invoices you approve and issue in Xero, including their amounts, tax treatment and recipients.

10. Ending things

You: stop using the service at any time. Revoke QuotesBridge's access from your HubSpot or Xero settings, and/or email jairosales@me.com to have your account and data deleted (see the Privacy Policy for what gets deleted and when).

Us: we may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms (with notice and a chance to remedy where reasonable), or if we discontinue the service — in which case any future paying subscribers would get at least 30 days' notice and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period beyond the shutdown date.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to waitlist members and account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which QuotesBridge is established, and disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction — except where mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence gives you additional rights or a different forum.

13. General

If a clause is held unenforceable, the rest stands. These terms plus the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us about the service. We may assign these terms as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business; you may not assign your account without our consent.
